She was predeceased by: her siblings, Cornelius and Faith Peters. She is survived by: her brother Thomas Peters (Joyce); her sons, Steve and Marc Brightman; her daughters-in-law, Theresa and Tari; and her granddaughters, Taylor and Karley Brightman. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
