She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Brandon and Bessie Brandon; and her children, Helen Jenkins, Hallie Mae Jenkins-Thomas and Ulysses Jenkins.
She is survived by : her children, Beverly De'Journett of Clayton, NC, Ruby, Evelyn Morris and Melvin Morris. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, a number of great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family members.
