She was predeceased by: her mother Louise Smith. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Zajac; her children, Tracy Pewton, David Pewton and Tiffany Pewton; her father Fred Smith; her brothers, Bill Smith (Paula), Ed Smith (Sue) and Freddie Smith (Kristy); and her caregivers, DeAnna, Tiffany and Taunia. She is also survived by grandchildren; three treasured great-grandchildren.
