She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Johnson and Estelle Johnson (Upton); her husband Paul Hoff; her siblings, Wanda Parris (Nathan), Joe Johnson and James Johnson; and her sister-in-law Carol Hoff.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Hoff (Paul Guran), Steve Hoff (Chantel) and Michael Hoff (Andrea); her grandchildren, Phillip, Riley, Spencer, Gracie, Kelley, Jacob and Veronica; her sister-in-law Carol Johnson; and her close friend Sharon Risenhoover. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
