We bid farewell to Margaret E. LaGray of Akron, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 29, 2025 at the age of 66. Margaret touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the sacred silence of farewell, Margaret is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Margaret's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Gooden and Gilberta Gooden (Olson); and her brother Tim Gooden. She is survived by: her husband Howard LaGray; her children, Erin Reardon and Joseph Reardon (Kathleen); her stepchildren, Shawn LaGray, Stacey Seman, Rachel Sipe and Jason LaGray; and her sisters, Jayne Bower and Gretchen Shearer (Timothy). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home (547 Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44312). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
