With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marilyn Jeanette Barkley (Akron, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 4, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Sneed and Launa Sneed; her husband Arthur Barkley, Jr.; her sons, Arthur III, Michael and Joseph; her sister Anitra Sacks; and her grandchildren, Lauren Cavallaro (Gabe), Livia, Logan Young, Gabriel, Samuel, Noelle Howard and Clement J. Williams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa A. Barkley of Macon, Dominique Williams (Clement) of Columbus, Ohio, Danielle Howard (Keith) of Macon and Dawn Barkley of Sacramento, Calif.; and her siblings, Enid Williams (Joe) and Launa Joan Sneed.
