She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ernst and Angela Ernst; and her sons, Eric Houghton and Rodney Houghton II. She is survived by: her pets, Chica and Badger; her husband Richard Braddock; her children, Tricia Houghton (Johnny Fernandez), Rebecca Copeland (Robbie Copeland) and Nathan Houghton (Paxton Lindsey); her stepchildren, Richard Braddock and Debby Braddock Lynn; and her siblings, Daniel Ernst (Julianne Lloyd), Robert Ernst (Stacy Ernst), Carol Decker (Jack Clemens) and Janie Webster. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, each a part of the extended family.
