With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marlene Riddell of Akron, Ohio, who passed away on September 26, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Marlene's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Marlene has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jim. She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Oliveri (Phil) of Akron, OH and Lisa Morgan (Rodney) of Wilmington, NC.; her grandchildren, Brittany Seibel (Bob), Joseph Oliveri (Meghan), Jared Morgan and Anna Morgan; her great grandchildren, Max and Austin Seibel; and her sister Shirley Dowell.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Guardian Angels Catholic Church (1676 S Cleveland Massillon Rd, Copley, OH 44321).
In lieu of flowers contributions may be sent to Ronald McDonald House or Hospice of Western Reserve of Medina.
