She was predeceased by : her parents, Calvin Sr. Haslem and Mary Jane Haslem; her child Ryan Johnson; her daughter-in-law Rachelle Johnson; her sisters, Ruthie A. Haslem and Mary L. Bell; her brother-in-law Willie J. Smith; her grandson Demetrion Wilson; and her great grandchild Lindsay Michelle Rigby.

She is survived by : her sons, Ronald Johnson, Jr. and Reginald Johnson, Sr.; her siblings, Bettye J. Ferguson, Gwen Smith, Willie R. Porter, Calvin Haslem, Jr., Teddie Haslem and Keith Johnson; her nephew Larry Green; and her grandchildren, Rai'Nahja, Rai'Yana, Rai'Charr, DaeVonte, DeAir, DeAnthony, Heaven, Delshoun, Desiree, Raven Wilson, Tarae, Trevierre, Raven Williams, Reginald Jr., Marcellous, Anesah, Ryan Jr. and Takarra. She is also survived by 42 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rhoden Memorial (1101 Palmetto Ave, Akron, OH 44306). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
