Mary Josephine Rich Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Josephine Rich of Akron, Ohio, who passed away on March 25, 2025 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic Capotosto and Carmella Capotosto; her husband Vincent R. Rich; her siblings, Nell Capotosto, Gina Vinciguerra (Carl), Angelo Capotosto (Cecilia), Richard Capotosto (Mary) and Mario Capotosto (Connie); her brother-in-law Bernard White; her parents-in-law, Philomena Rich and James Rich; her siblings-in-law, Frances Chitty (Gerald), Virginia DiAntonio (Fred), Guerrino Rich, Orlando Rich and Bill Rich (Gloria); and her son-in-law Gary Moss.

She is survived by: her sister Rosemarie White; and her children, Donna Palko, Rebecca Moss, Guerrino (Maribeth), Vincent (Carey), Betsy and Tina Rothrauff (Tom). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
