He is survived by: his significant other Dianna E. Carbone (Hadassah); his children, Diane-Michele Carbone, Kelli Hohenadel (Rick) and Michael-Gabriel Carbone (Kristina); and his brother Tom. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
