He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Koly and Mary Jane Koly; and his sister Diane (Ron). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Koly; his daughter Chris Hlavin (Johnny); his granddaughter Grace Hlavin; his siblings, David Koly (Nancy), Stephen Koly (Patti) and Kathleen Koly Booth (Craig); his niece Kristen Blanks; and his nephew Christopher Koly.
