He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Motley and Percy Alexander Jr. (Vera); his grandparents, Benjamin "Grand-Papi" Motley, Percy Alexander Sr., Betty "Granny" Motley and Evelyn Brice; his cousins, Kenny Wayne "Tank" Motley, JaVonne Motley and Leon "Marlon" Motley; his uncles, Bobby Motley, Mikey Motley, Jerry and Walter Alexander; his nephews, Percy and Gig Alexander; and his friends, Leroy Saafir, Tom-Tom and Vackers.

He is survived by: his child Tashala Motley; his grandchildren, Tymere Motley, Raphael Griffin Jr. and Raquel Griffin; and his siblings, Dwane Motley, Percy Alexander, Quincey Alexander, Julius Alexander, Denavar Motley and Lanise Motley.
