He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo R. Simmons and Sarah F. Simmons; and his sisters, Cheryl V. Simmons and Salbrina Simmons. He is survived by: his children, Nathan Garrett and Glenna Knox; and his siblings, Ann Gwen (Jeff), Mary Simmons, Angelene Irvin (Michael), John Simmons (Deborah), Paul Simmons, Leo Simmons, Jr. and Michael Ingol (Cherrelle). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
