She is survived by: her husband Sylvanus Adkins Jr.; her children, Deborah Chack, Michael Adkins (Kay) and Mark Adkins (Debbie); and her grandchildren, Denise Coblentz, Lisa, John, Ricky, Jennifer, Carrie, Kelly, Kenny, Brian, Brandon, Stacy, Mark and Erika. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
