Lee and Climon Lee IV (Connie); her stepdaughter Melanie L. Burney (Jeffrey); her stepsiblings, Doris Dawson Brown, Anna Mary Dawson White, James Dawson and Harold Dawson; her siblings-in-law, Magnolia Hill (Carlton), Lillian Carroll, Dorothy McEwen (Kenneth), Frances Findley (Conwell), Alvin David Lee and Henry Lee (Barbara); and her cousins, Martha Ware, Mary Alice Moore, Dorothy Brown, Verona Morgan, Linda Hudson and Ernestine English. She is also survived by other relatives, friends and sorority sisters.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tribute Stewart & Calhoun Funeral Home (529 W Thornton St, Akron, OH 44307). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 9:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Wesley Temple AME Zion Church (104 N Prospect St, Akron, OH 44304). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at the Rose Hill Cemetery (3535 Medina Rd, Akron, OH 44321).
