She is survived by: her children, SheKenna Carson, Michael Cook, Karlesha Cook and Ceaira Cook; her grandchildren, Shelena, Toni, Trevon, KyMora, Syn'Cere, Paij, Paige, SyEre, Elijah, Michael Jr., Jordan, Kesean, Keion, Aubrianna, Tayvion, Nizzreo, Kevin, Kamari, Ka'lleigh, Kynzeigh, Alexis, Robert, Gianna "GiGi", Gary II, Ge'Aire, Ge'Auri, Princegiegh, Gisele, Yasmine and Jasmine; her great grandchildren, Gianna, Paisley, Erin and Hershey; her siblings, Clarence Cook, John Cook and Regina Cook; and her aunts and uncles, Harold Meadows, Morris Meadows, Willie Meadows, Richard Meadows (Joyce), Ralph Meadows (Deborah), Carol Byers and JoAnne Carter.
