She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Ray and Ruth Isabelle Stout (Galloway); her husband Donald N. Hawk; her children, Kenneth and Margaret Hawk; and her brother Richard Paul Stout.
She is survived by: her sons, David (Linda) and Andrew Sr. (Lee Anne); her grandchildren, Deborah Johnson (Andrew), Sarah Shoop (Joel), Lisa Alderfer (William), Adam Hawk (Tessa), Jennifer Hawk, Lisa Osborn, Andrew Hawk (Melissa) and Timothy Hawk (Hilary); her great grandchildren, Emma and Wyatt Osborn; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Zachary Shoop, Hailey, Austin, Deacon Alderfer, Mackenzie, Lexi, Levi, Keagan, Jonas and Milo Hawk; and her brother Don Stout.
