Patrick touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: Kannon and Tucker. He is survived by: his close friend Kim Gohlke; his children, Taylor (Seth), Ben, Alyssa and Zach (Malori); his granddaughter Gianna; his parents, Jim Lou and Mary Lou; his brother Danny (Becky); his in-law Sondra; his grandmother Sondra; his grandchildren, Krista (Scott), Korrey and Kenny (Angie); and his pets, Petey and Asher. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
