He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Meadows; and his brothers, Jim and Bob Meadows. He is survived by: his daughter Jamie Mellinger (Mike); his grandchildren, Morgan, Madison and Marcus Mellinger; his sister Susie Straits; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Jane Dunphy, June Meadows, Skip Meadows and Alex Chaykoski.
