She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Church and Hazel Church (Alexander); her siblings, William E Church (Brenda), Dianne Connor and Donald Church (Bonnie); and her husband Ted.
She is survived by: her siblings, Judy Gates (Richard Hixson) and Theodore A. Miller (Ted); her children, Mark Roger, Pamela Ann and Fall Spree; her children-in-law, Todd Shafer and Pamela McClure; her great grandchildren, Kristine McClure, Anthony Piris, Maria Piris and Nickolaus Flynn; and her friend Theresa Holland (Fugate). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
