He was predeceased by: his wife Terri Parkin Grey; his parents, John William Grey and Louise Ann Kenjevari Grey; and his siblings, Barbara Grey Doran of Houston, Texas and John W. Grey, Jr. of Florida.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Carey Dean (Mike) of Akron, Ohio; and his siblings, Deb Spears (Udell) of San Antonio, Texas and Robert Grey (Wendy) of Florida. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
