He was predeceased by: his parents, Merv Faith and Corinne Faith. He is survived by: his wife Chris Faith; his children, Carie Faith (Gina Errigo) and David Faith (Mary Kristy Faith); and his granddaughters, Logan Faith (Conner McKeown), Alexis Dyer Corinne (Michael Dyer) and Kaleigh Faith (Adam "AJ" Barnett).
