He was predeceased by: his mother Frances Nicholson; and his brother-in-law Paul Gregory. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Nicholson; his children, Collin Nicholson and Skylar Nicholson; his grandson Jayce; his father John Nicholson; his sister Debby Gregory; and his siblings-in-law, Cathy and Ken Shillingburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
