He was predeceased by: his father H. Ray Gillentine Sr.; and his brother John P. Gillentine. He is survived by: his mother Deanna L. Stein; his sisters Charisse Jicha and Kirsten Balletti; his sibling's children, AJ, Ryan, Mac, Anthony, Joe, Amy and Emma; and his caregiver Ray Adams.
