He was predeceased by: his father H. Ray Gillentine Sr.; and his brother John P. Gillentine. He is survived by: his mother Deanna L. Stein; his sister Kirsten Balletti; his sibling's children, AJ, Ryan, Mac, Anthony, Joe, Amy and Emma; and his caregiver Ray Adams.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home (547 Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44312). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at the Greenwood Cemetery (3809 Mogadore Rd, Mogadore, OH 44260).
