He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Sr. McElroy and Lillian McElroy; and his brother Gerald McElroy Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Raymond Jr. (Maggie McElroy), Cindy (Jeff Morlock), Mark (Pamela McElroy) and Scott (Sue McElroy); his grandchildren, Nathan, Chelsey, Sara, Megan M, Devin, Elizabeth, Preston, Shannon, Paul, Rachel, Samantha and Megan R; and his sister Betty Jane McElroy of Barberton. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Ray's memory to the Copley Police Department or a charity of your choice.
