She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hurst and Gladys Hurst (Smith); and her siblings, Larry Hurst and Patricia Hurst Everly. She is survived by: her daughters, Sheryl Eberhart (Michael) and Stacey Hurley; her grandchildren, Taylor Hurley, Carley Hagy (Zac), Landry Clark, Donald, Dawson and Danyel Paulk; and her brother Freeman Padgett. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
