He is survived by: his wife Stephanie; his daughters, Katie Shoaff (Brandon) and Abby Bowman; his siblings, William Jr., Brenda Prange (David) and Bonnie Oswald (John); his father-in-law Stephen Pergins; his sister-in-law Stacey Rasicci (Rick); his nieces, Melissa and Meghan (Conner); his nephew Ben (Nishat); his great-nephew Trevor; and his nieces and nephews, Cait (Eric), Patrick and Miranda (Michael). He is also survived by loving relatives and friends.
