He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Wilcox-Ashley and Lois Wilcox-Ashley; his wife Regina; and his grandson Rob Ashley. He is survived by: his children, Bob (Twyla Ashley) and Renee Ashley-Wamsley (David Wamsley); his grandchildren, Heather Ashley-Roberts, Elizabeth, Victoria and Patrick Wamsley; his great grandchildren, Christopher and Asher; his brother William (Nancy Ashley); and his close friend Carolyn Vogenitz.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bacher-Moore Funeral Home (3326 Manchester Rd, Akron, OH 44319). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Francis DeSales Catholic Church (4019 Manchester Rd, Akron, OH 44319).
