He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Dixon and Grace Olney Poole (Rodebaugh); his wife Lillian M. Poole; and his children, Robert Poole, Jr. (Donna) and Lillian Mae Infante.
He is survived by: his son Gary Poole (Cheryl); his nieces and nephews, Debora Koger, Susan Hughes, Tim Poole of Oklahoma and Russel Poole of Alabama; and his friend John Meadows. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
