He is survived by: his significant other Letha; his children, Lisa Hatherill (Kathy McConnell), Lynn Lewis (Richard), Robin Roulett (George) and Ranay Cowie (Robert); his grandchildren, Courtney Rericha (Jeffrey) and Grant Lewis (Kelcie); his great grandchildren, Elijah, Jacob, Grace Rericha and Presley Lewis; his nieces and nephews, Debbie, Michele and Michael; and his caregivers, Sam, Christine, Angie, Darren and Melissa. He is also survived by other relatives and wonderful friends.
