He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Allen Jenkins, Sr. and Juanita Muriel Jenkins; and his nephew Jeffrey Arvay. He is survived by: his sister Judy Jaccaud; his nieces, Heather Alfonso (David) and Heidi Jaccaud (Arvay); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Eden, Elvis, Audrey Arvay, Eva, Vivienne and William Alfonso.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Robert's memory to the Humane Society of Summit County, the Summit County Historical Society, or the Cascade Locks Park Association.
