He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Kasmar and Irene Hornyak Lewis; his daughter Stephanie Anne Kasmar; and his brother Andrew. He is survived by: his wife Deborah L. Kasmar; his children, Jessica Joy Loosemore (Donald) and Anthony "Tony" Kasmar (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Britni, Brittany, Mercedes, Donald, Carter and Elliot; and his siblings, Judee, Mickey and Paula.
