He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert McWhorter and Edith McWhorter; his wife Pauline; and his brothers, Edward and James McWhorter.

He is survived by : his children, John McWhorter (Missy) and Laura Clare Knight; his grandsons, Joshua Forquer and Kurt Henderson (Evelyn); his great grandchildren, Violet and Julius Henderson; and his brother Stanley McWhorter.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Billow Fairlawn Chapel (85 N Miller Rd, Akron, OH 44333).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Bob's name may be made to the charity of one's choice.
