He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Richards and Marguerite Richards (Miller); his son-in-law Steve Totaro; his grandson Josiah Totaro; his siblings, Arthur Richards and Jackie Anderson; his siblings-in-law, Timothy Jacobs, Ron Davis, Robert Mitchell and Christine Michael-Farmer; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Lucille Mitchell.
He is survived by: his wife Fern Ann Richards; his children, Randey Richards (Karla) and Laurie Totaro; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Totaro and Seth Totaro (Meredith); his sisters, Joanne Davis and Darlene Klein (Dave); and his sisters-in-law, Pat Richards and Shirley Jacobs.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Bacher-Moore Funeral Home (3326 Manchester Rd, Akron, OH 44319). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trinity PCA., 415 S. Main St., North Canton, OH 44720, in memory of Roland Richards Jr.
