She was predeceased by: her parents, Abel Encinas and Esperanza Encinas (Lavandera); her granddaughter Rosario; her siblings, Loreto and Ramon; her cousin Ramona; and her sister-in-law Rita.
She is survived by: her children, Esperanza and Gilberto; her grandchildren, James, Jose, Susanne, Taron and Ricardo; her great grandchildren, Jose Jr., Angelina and Lilliana; and her brother Jose. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
