She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Neace and Enez Potter Neace; and her sister Janet Miracle. She is survived by: her husband William Rufus Adkins; her children, Jonathan Adkins (Stephanie) of Moline, Illinois and Angie Beck (John) of Akron, Ohio; and her siblings, Jerry Neace (Janice) of Louisville, Burtis Neace (Jewell) of Oldtown, Kentucky, Frances Flannery (Carlos) of Hermitage, Juanita Zieber of Sandusky and Dorothy McClanahan (Mike) of Flatwoods, Kentucky. She is also survived by one grandchild; a host of nieces and nephews.
