She is survived by: her children, Richard Allen (Catherine), Kathy Allen (Jeff Hair) and Theresa Anderson; and her grandchildren, Jeff Surella (Amber), Stephanie Bak (Tom), Brittany Surella (Tony), Jason Allen, Melanie Bumgardner (Joshua), Joshua Allen (Lauren) and Robert Surella.
