She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith D. Ford and Aileen Ford (Schenk); and her brother David Ford. She is survived by: her son Jeffrey "Cori" Schlegel (Cynthia Schlegel (Gerhard)); her grandchildren, Willow Schlegel and Ceciele Schlegel; her brothers, Keith Ford and Rodney Ford (Mary); her stepson Aaron Nietzel; her stepgrandchild Tallulah; and her pet Lulu.
