He was predeceased by : his parents, Clifford O. Miller and Leola J. Miller (Costlow). He is survived by : his wife Linda A. Miller (Vargo); his children, James Miller (Mabelle), Dan Miller (Charlotte) and Natalie Miller (Alex Holcomb); his grandchildren, Scott Miller, James Miller, Lana B. Miller, Jamie A. Miller and Gema J. Miller; and his brothers, Kirk Miller (Susan) and Todd Miller.
