He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudy Nervo and Nadine Nervo (Shepard); and his nephew Don Shepard. He is survived by: his brother Bud Shepard (Pat); his nephew Chuck Shepard (Rachel); his cousin Sherry Craven; and his close friend George Toth.
