He is survived by : his parents, Heather Matonak (Erik) and Andrew Smolen (Jane Davis); his siblings, Giovanni, Lucia, Damien, Juliana, Serenity and Corinne; his grandparents, Carol Carmack, Paul Appleby (Donna Jennings), Lynn Myers, David and Patty Porter; his uncles, Matthew Appleby (Crystal), Freddy Carmack, Andrew Appleby and Justin Smolen (Heather); his aunt Sophia Appleby; his cousins, Jacob Appleby, Paul, Mark, James Appleby and Everett Smolen; his great-uncle Ken Schoener (Nancy); and his friends, Alex Hockman and Mckenna Engelhart.
