She is survived by: her husband Albert Costlow; her children, Michael Costlow and Kimberly Costlow-Spangler (Stephen); her grandson Chaz Costlow-Spangler; her sister Loretta Weaver; and her niece Ann Tisci. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
