She is survived by: her daughters, Haylee and Kayden; her mothers, Amy Terry and Becky Walker; her siblings, Jake, Zack, Caleb and Courtney; and her grandmother Diane Wykoff. She is also survived by many other family members, friends and her four-legged friend.
