She was predeceased by: her father Fred Fraley; her husband Lloyd Phillips; her mother Ellen Josephine Fraley; and her brother Jim Fraley. She is survived by: her sons, Brian Phillips (Kelley Lovejoy) and Michael Phillips (Kristy); and her friend Ronald Kalgreen. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
