She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Harpster and Elizabeth Harpster; and her husband G. William Mabee. She is survived by: her children, Scott (Ellen), Christopher (Kim), Stuart (Stephanie), Michael and Michelle Giovannelli (Michael). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
