He is survived by: his wife Linda Carden; his children, Terri Clark (Jim), Tammy Spangler (Ray), Tim Carden and Dena Moneypenny; his grandchildren, Nicholas Wagner (Megan), Halle Wagner, Brianne Albert (Randall), Derick Spangler (Lacy), Ashley Timms (James), Madelynne Baker (Toby) and Brayden Carden; his great grandchildren, Zoe, Morgan and Jesse; and his siblings, Gary Carden (Chris) and Linda Turecki.

Visitation was held on Saturday, August 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Maranatha Bible Church (1424 Killian Rd, Akron, OH 44312). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 15th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
