Thomas leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Thomas’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Thomas will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Kever and Helen Kever (Kuta). He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Habeck); his children, Suzanne Buchanan (Caleb), Peter Kever (Margaret), Karin Smith (Gregory), Daniel Kever (Joslynn) and Andrew Kever (Merri); and his sister Janet MacDonald. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, and a loving brother.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44305, USA). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 1:15 PM at the Chestnut Hill Memorial Park (2613 Sackett Ave, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223).
