He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Painter and Dolores Painter; his brother Bruce Painter; his daughter Megan Painter; and his niece Tiffany.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Painter; his son Andrew Painter (Holley); his grandchildren, Ava and Drew Painter; his siblings, Darla Jenkins (Jeff), Jay Painter (Val) and Keith Painter; and his nieces and nephews, Pam, Stephanie (Steve), Kristel (Matt), Doug, Danny (Suzanne), Billy (Aubrey) and Todd (Cecilia). He is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family members, and friends.
