He is survived by: his family, Tom and Nancy; his friends, Dietz, Mazelis, Kreuger, Rotert and Ullestad; his wife Nancy Lee; his children, Scott Plickert (Tami), Jeffrey Plickert (Becky), Kelly Eckard (Russ) and Michael Plickert (Christie); his grandchildren, Bonnie (Matt), Aurora, Jaden Burkhardt (Matthew), Natalie (Riley), McKenna, Luke, Rachel and Ella; his sister Donna Dietz (Tom); and his sister-in-law Julie Plickert.
